Problem Statement

Expansion into Polish market

Description

 A Danish software company developed a platform called BizzPath It is an accounting platform for small entrepreneurs. They successfully sold their product in Saudi Arabia but wanted to expand into the international European market. For this, they chose Poland. Despite its post-communist past, Poland is a rapidly developing market with already strong players. Therefore, competing for a place under the sun was not an easy task. 

My main task was to establish brand recognition in such a complex and competitive niche as financial services. The company was based in Denmark, and the product was targeted at the Polish market. I had to direct and coordinate all activities that took place in the Polish market, from planning strategy to finding and managing contractors.

Results

During my tenure at the Danish firm SoftBASe, I was responsible for marketing the SaaS platform BizzPath. My role was pivotal in positioning and attracting clients to this program within Poland. My responsibilities and achievements included: – Conducting thorough market and competitor analysis to understand the landscape and identify opportunities. – Identifying customer needs, uncovering hidden pains, and fears to tailor our marketing strategies effectively. – Developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligned with our business goals and market demands. – Managing full-scale advertising campaigns on LinkedIn and Facebook, ensuring high visibility and engagement with our target audience. – Crafting long-form content that resonated with our audience, providing them with valuable insights and information. – Organizing and conducting webinars to educate potential clients about our platform, showcasing its benefits and features. – Operating Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns that successfully drove customer acquisition and increased application subscriptions. – Creating the WebPage. Leveraging my comprehensive skill set in web development and design, I embarked on a project to create a website from the ground up. This initiative was driven by a desire to challenge myself and showcase my capabilities in bringing a digital vision to life Throughout my engagement, I successfully generated 187 subscriptions to the application, demonstrating my ability to effectively market software solutions and contribute to the company’s growth.
